It all starts with choosing the right wood and finishing it to perfection. Known for its rich chocolate tones, versatility when paired with warm, cool and vibrant colors, and its strong organic character, Walnut is one of the most desirable and sophisticated North American hardwoods. While Walnut is commonly known for its brown tones, it can also showcase some purple or red undertones.

Our process:
We hand select this kiln-dried Black Walnut lumber and custom arrange it to create a beautiful and elegant countertop that will be a perfect centerpiece to show off in your kitchen.
All of our countertops are made from full length strips, also known as staves, of hardwood, which show off the wood’s beautiful continuous grain throughout the length of the countertop, and don’t rely on short pieces or blended style tops.
Because all of our products are made to order, you can choose between a variety of food-safe and food-grade finish options to suit your intended use.
Please feel welcome to reach out to one of our staff members with any project drawings or templates and we would be happy to provide a tailored quote for installation-ready pieces.
Have additional questions? Our Sitemap contains a variety of pages dedicated to teach you everything you need to know about care, installation, maintenance, quotes, shipping and more.
*Please Note: Due to the natural characteristics of hardwoods, including grain, texture, and color, we cannot guarantee an exact match to samples or online photos. Slight variations in color are normal and add depth and character to the product. Other factors such as age and exposure to light can further alter the appearance of the piece.
We highly recommend ordering a sample of your preferred species and finish as the final tone of the wood will differ across finish options.
